Recently, I’d taken a trip to China—about three weeks. While there, I didn’t have time to go to the gym every other day, so I decided to get a remote training program:A-T-U Mobile. I’d first learned about this program from a YouTube review talking about the results they got from this program, and became greatly interested after seeing this person’s successful growth using the program. A-T-U Mobile allows you to access training programs that can vary depending on the trainee’s gender and body type, and is created by Steve Zim, a fitness trainer famous for training celebrities and Olympic athletes alike. I tried out the app, and was surprised at the amount of workouts available and the very informative instructions given to you. There were videos for each of the workouts, with both written and verbal instructions. As I am still relatively a beginner in working out, I was assigned workouts matching what I could do. These workouts were easy to learn, and really tired me out—in a good way. I could feel my muscles aching, and I was excited at such results in just one session. The app had assigned rest days too, which you could move depending on your schedule. The workouts only took an hour or so for each set, a which wasn’t that time-consuming, and I could complete each set during nighttime, when I was more free. While I have returned from my trip from China, and have used it less, I highly recommend this training program for beginners and experienced people alike. It introduced many new and helpful workouts to me, all of which I will be incorporating into my workout routine.
